We mix sushi and small grilled dishes, and give you our interpretation of fusion. We emphasize local ingredients such as shellfish, salmon and mackerel, as well as much of the wonderful things Asia has and offers. Our chefs have extensive experience from, among other things, well-known star restaurants such as Bagatelle, and participation in the World Sushi Cup in Tokyo, Japan.
