Welcome to a unique nature experience at Trollveggen Camping. You’ll find us in the beautiful and wild Romsdal valley, 10 km south of Åndalsnes, in one of Norway’s wildest areas. Here you can relax surrounded by great nature while you enjoy the view towards Trollveggen, Europe’s highest vertical cliff face with its 1000 m free fall, and 50 m overhang surrounded by the Trolltindene with its many peaks, almost 1800 m high. On the opposite side of the valley, is the majestic Romsdalshorn, rising 1555 m high. Rauma River with its powerful white water runs right next to Trollveggen Camping. From here you have a good starting point for day trips in the nearby region. Whether you’d like to go for a hike in the mountains, take a drive to Trollstigen, Atlanterhavsveien or other known attractions nearby. We can offer you a wonderful base to start your adventure from.
